Cramim Binyamina High School English Department consists of ten teachers who love the English language and hope to inspire students to love the language just as much!
Our goal is for each student to leave Cramim Binyamina with the ability to communicate: speak, read and understand the English language in a proficient if not fluent manner. In addition, we challenge the students to step beyond the realm of basic understanding and begin to use English at a higher level. We feel it is important to push each student towards using English to critically think about different subjects, literature and culture.
Many English classes are interactive with students taking an active role in the learning process through class discussions, group activities and more. We expect students to come to every class ready to work, think and experience the English Language.

המטרה שהצבנו לעצמנו היא שכל אחד מבוגרי אורט בנימינה יסיים את בית הספר עם יכולת לתקשר באנגלית: לדבר, לקרוא ולהבין את השפה באופן מיומן, אם לא שוטף. יתרה מכך, אנו מאתגרים את התלמידים לצעוד קדימה מעבר לתחום של הבנה בסיסית ולהתחיל להשתמש בשפה האנגלית ברמה גבוהה יותר. אנו סבורות שחשוב מאד לדחוף כל תלמיד לעשות שימוש בשפה, לחשוב חשיבה ביקורתית על נושאים שונים,על ספרות ותרבות.
שיעורי אנגלית רבים הם אינטראקטיביים כאשר לתלמידים חלק פעיל בתהליך הלמידה באמצעות דיונים, עבודה בקבוצות וכדומה. אנו מצפות מהתלמידים להגיע לכל שיעור מוכנים לעבוד, לחשוב ולחוות את השפה האנגלית.
